Using our website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to post or transmit anything unlawful or harmful. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential if you create an account.
Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging may occasionally vary. Products are subject to availability and we may withdraw or change items at any time.
Prices
All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before dispatching the order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it with you by email, phone or message. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will let you know and cancel the order at no cost to you.
Payment: cash or EcoCash on delivery
We accept payment by cash or EcoCash on delivery. You pay our delivery agent in full, in cash or by EcoCash, at the moment your order is handed to you. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received. Please have the correct amount ready where possible, as our agents may not carry change for large notes.
Repeatedly refusing to accept or pay for confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may result in us declining future orders from you or requiring payment in advance.
Delivery
Delivery times given on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, timeframes and charges.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us. After delivery, our Refund and Returns Policy applies.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and layout, belongs to TRENDY LOFT or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Zimbabwean courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
