This policy explains how, where and when we deliver, and how cash-on-delivery works at TRENDY LOFT.

Where we deliver
We deliver within Harare and to other parts of Zimbabwe. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, contact us before ordering and we will confirm.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We aim to confirm every order by phone or message before dispatch, so please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable.
Delivery times
- Harare: typically 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Other cities and towns: typically 2 to 5 business days.
- Outlying areas: we will give you an estimate when we confirm your order.
These are estimates. Weather, road conditions and courier delays can occasionally affect them, and we will keep you informed if your order is running late.
Delivery charges
Delivery within Harare is $5, and $8 to other parts of Zimbabwe. The charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Paying on delivery
All orders are paid for when they arrive, in cash or by EcoCash. If you are paying cash, please have the full amount ready in United States dollars, ideally in the correct denominations, as our delivery agents may not be able to give change for large notes. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is made.
Please inspect your order in front of the delivery agent before paying. If the item is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse delivery at no cost.
If nobody is available
Our agent will call you before arriving. If we cannot reach you or nobody is available to receive and pay for the order, we will attempt delivery once more. After a second failed attempt the order may be cancelled, and repeated failed deliveries may mean we ask for payment in advance on future orders.
Someone else receiving your order
You can nominate another person to receive and pay for your order. Please tell us their name and phone number in advance, in the order notes or by contacting us.
